The Arts center is poised to be the premier ARTS education facility in the Eastern Panhandle and the entire region. The ARTS Centre, located in Martinsburg, West Virginia, offers a wide variety of educational program throughout the year for individuals of all ages. In addition to educational programs, the Arts Centre is the host of the West Virginia Wine and Arts Festival, sponsors the Nancy Rodig Exhibit, and annually presents an exhibition of art from students in the local area.

The ARTS Centre is presented with financial assistance from the WV Division of Culture and History, and the National Endowment for the Arts, with approval from the The West Virginia Commission on the Arts.
