Arts Centre Makes Its Move
Last week, Topper Sherwood made a big move to help accomplish an even bigger mission. The executive director of Martinsburg’s Arts Centre moved his office a few blocks from the Caperton Train Station off East Martin Street to his new digs at the center’s 300 W. King St. location in the Old Federal Courthouse.
